The best way to find out would be to find out online with US universities offer an MS program in your desired subject and go to their website. They will have admissions info posted for US and intl students. The reqs for intl will be listed - an undergrad degree, possibly the GRE, letters of recommendation, personal statement, immigation requirements, etc. Check out the financial aid available to foreign students. Universities are businesses that operate on student tuition and grants from outside sources. Do your research on line and correspond via email with the university admissions offices.
