can i transfer my courses?

Hi I am 20 years old and I'm in the fifth term of under graduate study my major is POLYMER ENGINEERING and I'm studying in IRAN. My immigration case is under process which will be over in a few months by then I will immigrate to the united state with my parents. I wondered if you could help me with my questions: 1-Is POLYMER ENGINEERING a popular major to be used in placement (job) in the united state? 2- Do you have same school of study so that I can continue my education in the same field? 3- I'm going to resident in the state of LA therefore, would I be considered as a state resident? 4- How much is the tuition of your university? 5- Can I transfer my courses to your university? 6- What grade should I have in my courses to be accepted in your university? 7- What are the admission requirements? 8- Due to the financial situation how do you think I will be able to study in this university? 9- what grade of tofel is acceptable ?
